Anyone enticed by the comforting aromas and textures of Indian curry can learn how to craft it for themselves in this cooking class taught by Chef Sakshi. While becoming immersed in the authentic culinary techniques characteristic of Indian cuisine, you'll learn valuable cooking tips and taste incredible food made by you!
You will start this Indian feast with Delhi-style street chaat and Punjabi tikkas with grilled paneer, vegetables, and tender marinated lamb. The main course consists of savory, tomato-based Murgh curry paired with spiced potatoes, Kashmiri pulao, and Indian bread. Dessert showcases an Indian dessert favorite: syrupy, fragrant gulab jamun balls with vanilla ice cream.

Delhi Chaat Bhel Puri and Papdi
Crispy puffed rice and boiled potatoes with chutneys and gram flour vermicelli
Punjabi Tikkas
Oven-grilled Indian cottage cheese cubes, onions, bell peppers and lamb mince kababs marinated in spices and cashew yogurt paste
Traditional Murgh Curry and Picnic Potatoes
With tomato, garlic and ginger sauce, and spiced dry potatoes
Indian Bread and Kashmiri Pulao
With cashews, raisins, boondi raita and kachumber salad
Gulab Jamun
With vanilla ice cream

Chef Sakshi is a talented chef and restaurant owner of Indian cuisine. She has been cooking since she was a little girl and it is something she truly enjoys. If you are interested in learning how to cook authentic Indian food Chef Sakshi's classes will send you home with knowledge and skills to try on your own.
As a child growing up in India, Chef Sakshi was always in her grandmother's kitchen, helping her cook up classic dishes and learning all about traditional Indian spices and cooking techniques. She found herself inspired by how food can tell a story and convey cultural ideas, and therefore bring people together. As head chef at her own Indian curry restaurant, she now continues to share her love and passion for Indian cuisine.
