This meal starts with guests hand-making chickpea-filled chana chaat potato patties paired with classic, flavor-packed Indian chutneys. Your entrée consists of a chicken dum biryani that exemplifies the contrast between juicy, marinated chicken with pillowy basmati rice. Chef Sakshi's gulab jamun caps off the meal as she teaches guests how to make these sticky-sweet pastries paired with heavenly vanilla ice cream.

Chef Sakshi is a talented chef and restaurant owner of Indian cuisine. She has been cooking since she was a little girl and it is something she truly enjoys. If you are interested in learning how to cook authentic Indian food Chef Sakshi's classes will send you home with knowledge and skills to try on your own.
As a child growing up in India, Chef Sakshi was always in her grandmother's kitchen, helping her cook up classic dishes and learning all about traditional Indian spices and cooking techniques. She found herself inspired by how food can tell a story and convey cultural ideas, and therefore bring people together. As head chef at her own Indian curry restaurant, she now continues to share her love and passion for Indian cuisine.
