Cooking Class: Make Indian Street Food With a Native

Chef Sakshi's cooking class features authentic Indian street food favorites curated to create a unique culinary experience.

This culture-infused meal begins with handcrafted hearty tikkas and kebabs with soft paneer and savory chicken and lamb. Next on the agenda is a favorite from Delhi: papdi chaat packed with chickpeas, potatoes, and crispy wafers. Crisp spinach and potato pakoras whet guests' appetites for savory, spicy street food one more time before the dessert course—ras malai, originally a sweet, milky Bengali dish featuring paneer balls soaked in sweet milk and fragrant spices like cardamom and saffron.
