Cooking Class: A Taste of Korea in Your Kitchen
Let Chef Paul spirit you away to the flavorful dining traditions of Korea in this eye-opening in-person cooking class. He'll share his vast knowledge about the cuisine along with important information about the food preparation practices of this fascinating and popular culinary culture.
Begin your lesson by cooking up a traditional ramen ttang featuring fried noodles and mayonnaise before preparing gimbap with garden vegetables and Spam. Create authentic bibimbap with beef, fried egg and mushrooms, and enjoy a batch of pastries that combine croissant and waffle textures, topped with cheddar cheese and sweet sauce.

Chef Paul is a very talented sushi chef and restaurant owner. Sushi is something I really enjoy. Chef Paul showed me how to make a sashimi dish. I love learning about dishes I love and how to recreate them at home. If you are a sushi lover too I recommend Chef Paul!

He is a talented sushi chef and master of Korean BBQ, with a flair for crafting dishes that are both traditional yet delightfully modern. Chef Paul currently runs his own restaurant, but has also worked as a restaurant manager and private chef. Now, he's eager to share his knowledge and skill with you.
