You'll learn how to prepare an elegant and fun three-course Italian dinner in this interactive cooking class with Chef Joe. The main event of the evening is learning how to make ravioli by hand.
First, you'll make classic bruschetta of fresh tomatoes and basil atop crispy grilled bread. Then, Chef Joe will teach you how to make pasta dough and shape it into beautiful pillows of spinach ricotta ravioli. Once they're cooked, you'll enjoy the ravioli with butter and sage. Dessert is an elegant panna cotta with fragrant orange essence.
