This interactive cooking class offers a unique look at how Indian cuisine can be prepared to contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Chef Parag will teach you how to make Indian cuisine that is both delicious and good for you. To begin, you'll prepare pakora, crisp vegetable fritters seasoned to perfection. Then learn how to make a fragrant chicken curry that will make you throw away your takeout menus. Enjoy the curry with lachha paratha bread and rice on the side. Even dessert is nourishing when it's rice kheer, a creamy dish with nuts and dried fruit.

Chef Parag loves cooking! It is what keeps him going. He loves to share his skillset with his guests. He is very detailed in his steps when teaching. From the safety tips to correct equipment to use. He also is very adamant on ensuring to his guests that practice, practice, practice makes perfect! He also noted that there is so much information on the internet to learn from, but you will not become a better cook without continuing to practice. I learned several tips and tricks from Chef Parag and I'm sure you will too if you take a class with him!
