You'll learn how to cook several flavorful Indian dishes that you can customize or recreate at home. Begin with crispy potato aloo tikki for a satisfying appetizer. Chicken keema matar is on the menu for the main course, a fragrant chicken dish with vegetables, garlic and ginger. On the side, prepare fluffy rice for jeera pulao, a seasoned rice dish. Then for dessert learn how to make halwa, a kind of pudding with semolina and dried fruit.

Chef Parag loves cooking! It is what keeps him going. He loves to share his skillset with his guests. He is very detailed in his steps when teaching. From the safety tips to correct equipment to use. He also is very adamant on ensuring to his guests that practice, practice, practice makes perfect! He also noted that there is so much information on the internet to learn from, but you will not become a better cook without continuing to practice. I learned several tips and tricks from Chef Parag and I'm sure you will too if you take a class with him!
