Get a hands-on introduction to popular Indian cuisine in this cooking class with Chef Parag. You'll learn how to prep and season each course as you explore these authentic recipes with the chef. First, you'll prepare a tomato soup with flavorful spices and then get started on the main course, briyani. Briyani is a rice dish with chicken, fragrant herbs, and aromatics like ginger and garlic. On the side, prepare and enjoy raita dip and a cucumber salad. For dessert prepare authentic Indian shrikhand, a creamy yoghurt-based dessert.

Chef Parag loves cooking! It is what keeps him going. He loves to share his skillset with his guests. He is very detailed in his steps when teaching. From the safety tips to correct equipment to use. He also is very adamant on ensuring to his guests that practice, practice, practice makes perfect! He also noted that there is so much information on the internet to learn from, but you will not become a better cook without continuing to practice. I learned several tips and tricks from Chef Parag and I'm sure you will too if you take a class with him!
