Cooking Class: Culinary Tour of India
Join Chef Vinutha for a culinary tour of India as you learn how to create popular Indian dishes from scratch in this immersive cooking class. She'll teach you everything you need to know to master this cuisine, from balancing complex spices and flavor profiles to creating savory, wholesome vegetarian dishes. To start, you'll begin the class by folding and frying crispy, doughy samosas stuffed with a potato filling. Next, you'll cook poori, which you'll enjoy alongside creamy kofta curry. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note and prepare tapioca kheer with notes of cardamom, rose water and nuts.
