Cooking Class: Traditional Neapolitan Cuisine

In this hands-on Italian cooking class with Chef Vinutha, you'll learn how to prepare a menu of Neapolitan classics with traditional dishes from the regions of Abruzzo, Campania and Calabria. To start, you'll whip up a stuffed eggplant dish with cheese and Italian seasonings before moving on to light and flaky fish rolls. Then, Chef Vinutha will teach you how to make rich risotto primavera stuffed with fresh vegetables and soaked in a savory stock. Lastly, you'll transform pastry dough into a crostata dessert, which you'll fill with sweet homemade jams.

Melanzane a Barchetta

With sourdough bread, eggplant, olives, capers, tomato, cheese and herbs


Rollatine di Pesce

With white fish, bread crumbs, parsley, lemon, olive oil and capers


Risotto Primavera

With Arborio rice, onion, asparagus, carrots, peas, garlic and basil


Crostata di Marmellata

With pastry flour, eggs, icing sugar and seasonal fruit jam

Chef Vinutha was very well prepared, helpful, and professional. She used the time well, and kept our group of 4 busy and engaged! Everyone left very pleased with the food, and confident in their new pasta making, and cookie making skills! I would recommend this experience for any group looking for more engaging way to eat restaurant quality food! (While enjoying BYOB!)
