Chef Charleston will guide you on this culinary tour across diverse Asian cuisines as you practice your cooking skills from knife cuts to balancing flavors. Begin your journey in China with a traditional egg drop soup followed by Vietnamese shrimp rice paper rolls. Learn how to make a classic Filipino chicken adobo before finishing the meal with a Japanese treat, red bean and black sesame mochi.

Chef Charles was a wonderful host. He turned my favorite comfort meal into a delicious vegan dish. My family was shocked to find out that the dumplings we made were just as delicious as non vegan dumplings.
With a degree in culinary management, Chef Charleston specializes in gluten-free, vegan and sous vide cooking. His skills set includes meal prepping, food sourcing and baking. He worked as a line cook and executive sous chef before becoming owner and executive chef. Chef Charleston approaches food in an enthusiastic manner to show that cooking truly can be fun, and he's excited to share his culinary experience with home chefs of all skill levels.
