In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Karthikeyan will guide you as you transform fresh vegetables and spices into vibrant Indian dishes for a vegetarian-friendly feast. Begin the class with a crisp and creamy fried cottage cheese fritter called paneer pakora. Next, prepare a rustic vegetable korma with hearty vegetables and fragrant spices paired with stuffed parotta bread with spiced onions and potatoes. For dessert, you will learn how to make a popular Indian dessert, sweet carrot halwa with golden raisins and cashews.
