In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Karthikeyan guides you while blending sweet and savory elements for an elevated menu featuring fresh seafood, herbs and produce. Expand your culinary knowledge as the chef offers advice and techniques for cooking flaky, crispy haddock for a bright Caesar salad with homemade dressing. Balance the flavors of a delicately spiced salmon with fennel seed, herbs and a sweet maple sauce to pair with a colorful citrus ratatouille. For dessert, you will learn to craft a luxurious crème caramel.
