Begin by assembling a simple panzanella salad with apples and tomatoes before learning to make ricotta gnocchi by hand. Your hand-crafted pasta will then be coated in a rich butter sauce. For the main dish, learn to make chicken involtini, a stuffed chicken dish wrapped in prosciutto and served with a side of potatoes. This Italian classics class ends with a traditional favorite for dessert: a towering tiramisu.
