Join Chef Nataly for a hands-on cooking class preparing authentic Middle Eastern recipes. You'll discover traditional ingredients that make each dish pop with rich flavor iconic to this cuisine. First, learn to prepare bright and spicy muhammara dip with pomegranate molasses, aleppo pepper and walnuts, as well as traditional hummus. Next, put your knife skills to use while chopping ingredients for a fresh tabouleh salad. For the main dish, you'll learn to slow-cook a round roast to tender perfection and pair it with rice and roasted vegetables. For dessert, enjoy knafehs, a sweet cheese pastry.
