In this interactive cooking class, you’ll utilize exciting culinary techniques to create robust Spanish flavors. Chef Laurianne will demonstrate how to prepare a variety of traditional Spanish dishes, using fresh produce and sustainably sourced meats, poultry and seafood. First, you’ll prepare an authentic Caesar salad topped with creamy homemade dressing. Next, you’ll whip up Spanish-style garlic shrimp (gambas al ajillo) that bursts with brilliant flavor. For the entrée, Chef Laurianne will teach you how to make Spain’s national dish — paella de pollo — crafted with bomba rice, saffron and white wine. You’ll end the meal on a sweet note with traditional Spanish cookies.

Chef Laurianne is awesome and really fun to work with. It's obvious that she has a lot of experience teaching classes and her space is perfect for a group. She has a bunch of great techniques up her sleeve that will definitely help anyone who takes her classes translate skills to their own cooking. Highly recommend it!
