This exciting cooking class features a unique, Asian-inspired menu that will awaken your senses — and make your taste buds sing! Chef Laurianne will teach you how to precisely prepare classic ingredients to create bold, brilliant flavors. You’ll first make a fresh, healthy and colorful cucumber radish salad. Next, you’ll stuff, roll and fry pork spring rolls. For the main course, you’ll craft a dynamic, deeply-flavored shrimp and baby bok choy noodle soup. To finish the meal, Chef Laurianne will teach you how to whip up a sweet and fluffy batch of Hong Kong-style egg tarts.

Chef Laurianne is awesome and really fun to work with. It's obvious that she has a lot of experience teaching classes and her space is perfect for a group. She has a bunch of great techniques up her sleeve that will definitely help anyone who takes her classes translate skills to their own cooking. Highly recommend it!
Having spent more than 30 years working in the food industry, Chef Laurianne knows her way around a kitchen. After being employed as a freelance chef for catering companies, she opened her own successful catering business that she operated for almost 20 years. Her experience in catering has given her the knowledge to master a vast repertoire of cuisines, and helped refine her cooking techniques—all of which she is eager to share with guests.
