In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Matt, you’ll learn how to make three incredible Mediterranean dishes brimming with bright herbs and fragrant spices. You’ll first whip up fresh hummus, served with handmade, grilled pita bread. For the main course, you’ll prepare seven-spice chicken, a deeply-flavored dish seasoned with an eclectic range of spices, from tangy to zesty to savory. For dessert, Chef Matt will demonstrate how to make figs poached with honey and topped with yogurt, oranges and rich chocolate.

I highly recommend Chef Matt for cooking classes. He has a great deal of experience cooking and he is very friendly and fun to work with. His kitchen space is beautiful and perfect for a group. I really enjoyed working with Chef Matt and getting to know him!
