Cooking Class: Wonton Trio

Learn how to make your own wontons, wrappers and soup in this interactive cooking class. Chef Alicia will teach you her expert tips and tricks for creating three types of wontons. First, start with pork and shrimp wonton soup with a fragrant blend of scallions, garlic and oyster sauce. Next, prepare wonton tacos with Korean chicken and an Asian pear soy glaze. Dessert is sugared wonton peach Napoleons with whipped cream, vanilla and mint.
