Cooking Class: French Crêpes Trio

Chef Alicia leads this cooking class with expert advice on how to make a trio of classic French crêpes. Sweet and savory toppings will then be used to create three sweet and savory creative crêpe recipes. Start with colorful Caprese crêpes and a fig reduction with ripe tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Next are savory Monte Cristo crêpes filled with ham, raspberry jam, Dijon mustard and Gruyère. Dessert is chocolate crêpes with strawberry coulis and mint.
