In this hands-on cooking class, you'll develop your culinary skills while practicing signature techniques of Italian cooking. Chef Wilton will teach you how to make classic Italian dishes with simple, fresh ingredients. For starters, prepare a classic bruschetta, then sharpen your skills with homemade pasta with a rich chicken and Alfredo sauce. Next, prepare a creamy risotto with lamb and asparagus. For dessert, you'll create a classic Italian tiramisu with espresso, mascarpone and ladyfingers.
