Cooking Class: Classic Cajun Trio

Feed your soul in this interactive cooking class with Chef Kimberly. Learn the art of blending spices and ingredients to create three traditional Cajun recipes from scratch that you can make at home later. Begin with classic crab cakes topped with remoulade sauce, then learn the traditional techniques for cooking aromatic jambalaya, a Cajun stew with a variety of meats and vegetables served with freshly baked cornbread. For dessert, master a classic Louisiana bread pudding with a twist.
