Cooking Class: Handmade Gnocchi From Scratch

Learn to make a classic three-course Italian meal featuring homemade gnocchi in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Kimberly will teach you to make three Italian favorites using only the freshest ingredients. Begin with bruschetta served on toastettes with a balsamic glaze or whipped feta. Then, learn to make homemade gnocchi with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach in an Italian sausage cream sauce. Finally, end with tarts filled with lemon and ricotta.
