Cooking Class: Signature Flavors of Italy

Explore the signature flavors of Italy in this interactive cooking class with Chef Housarde while practicing traditional culinary techniques that highlight the simple, fresh ingredients of Italian cuisine. You will create iconic dishes inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean from a crunchy, tangy bruschetta to a smooth tomato basil soup with orzo pasta. For the main course, master two Italian classics as you pair a creamy risotto with classic puttanesca pork chops. Finish the meal with a light and airy Italian favorite, lemon ricotta cake.
