Explore the possibilities of vegetarian and gluten-free cooking in this cooking class with Chef Shanekia where you'll learn how to make healthy, flavor-packed meals highlighting meatless and gluten-free dishes. Practice a range of culinary skills while creating four courses of this specially curated feast starting with a fresh, protein-filled quinoa and vegetable salad with a homemade raspberry vinaigrette. Pair your salad with a creamy tomato basil soup followed by hearty black bean burgers brimming with vegetables and spices. For dessert, you will create an indulgent, flourless chocolate torte.
