Experience a modern take on traditional Indian cuisine in this dynamic cooking class with Chef Rahul. This modern menu pays homage to the rich, vibrant dishes of India while incorporating contemporary flavors and techniques. Traditional samosas are filled with bold greens including broccoli and edamame. The chef also breaks curry tradition using lobster as the protein in a creamy butter masala. To create this progressive menu, guests will learn to extract coconut milk, cook tender lobster and prepare a saffron and pistachio kulfi using dry ice.

Chef Rahul is a wonderful instructor! He teaches different techniques on how to bring out different flavors of spices while cooking. He adds a unique flare to traditional dishes.
Chef Rahul is passionate about handcrafting culinary creations at home and at work, and lives by the motto, “good food creates good mood.” He’s served as executive chef at many hotels throughout Canada and enjoys designing innovative, cost-effective menus with creative presentations. Currently, Chef Rahul operates a popular restaurant in Edmonton where he features fine Indian fare, but he loves preparing dishes from all over the world.
