In this interactive cooking class, Chef Rahul will teach guests how to elevate traditional Indian dishes with modern presentation and technique. Approach classic Indian recipes with a uniquely modern twist inspired by molecular gastronomy. Guests will learn to enhance depth of flavor with authentic Kashmiri spiced lamb shank and saffron rice with warm naan, and practice using a glass cloche cover and cardamom smoke to infuse reshmi kebab and dry ice to create an herbaceous instant paan ice cream for dessert.

Chef Rahul is a wonderful instructor! He teaches different techniques on how to bring out different flavors of spices while cooking. He adds a unique flare to traditional dishes.
Chef Rahul is passionate about handcrafting culinary creations at home and at work, and lives by the motto, “good food creates good mood.” He’s served as executive chef at many hotels throughout Canada and enjoys designing innovative, cost-effective menus with creative presentations. Currently, Chef Rahul operates a popular restaurant in Edmonton where he features fine Indian fare, but he loves preparing dishes from all over the world.
