Cooking Class: Eclectic European Fare

In this fun, interactive cooking class, you’ll explore a variety of foods from different areas of Europe, including Spain and Greece. Chef Avi will teach you the skills needed to handcraft four sublime dishes, starting with a simple, garlic shrimp with lemon and butter. You’ll then make Romana calamari with mushrooms, spinach and herbed Spanish rice. Finally, for a delectable dessert, you’ll create a Spanish classic: churros with cinnamon and nutmeg. If you want a little taste of everything, then this is the cooking class for you!

With Parmesan cheese, paprika, lemon, butter, bell peppers and spinach


Spanish Rice

With parboiled rice, bay leaves, tomato sauce, oregano and garlic

With flour, oil, baking powder, cinnamon sugar and nutmeg
