Join Chef Burcu in this fun, interactive cooking class, where you’ll utilize professional cooking techniques to prepare traditional Turkish recipes. To start, you’ll make a silky-smooth, red lentil soup. For the entrée, you’ll prepare a rich, distinctly Turkish beef stew with aubergine purée. To accompany the stew, you’ll chop up a tomato salad, topped with a scintillating pomegranate sauce. For dessert, Chef Burcu will teach you how to make crispy tahini and walnut rolls with sweet, buttery phyllo pastry.

Excellent chef and great teacher. Explained the little things that the books and many courses leave out. Patiently answered all of my many questions. Then I got to enjoy a great meal. All costing not much more than going out to an inferior dinner. I highly recommend her sessions.

Amazing experience, I highly recommend it! Chef Burcu is very welcoming and passionate about her specialty cuisines. She taught me how to make a savory creamy red lentil soup that is perfect for the upcoming fall season. I would definitely take one of her classes once again.
