Cooking Class: Ravishing Ravioli From Scratch
From creamy tomato soup to handmade ravioli to heavenly cake: there’s much to learn, and taste, in this interactive cooking class with Chef Burcu. To start, you’ll make a traditional tomato and basil soup. Chef Burcu will then teach you the secret to crafting perfect ravioli, filled with mushrooms and spices and topped with homemade Alfredo sauce. For dessert, you’ll prepare an Italian classic — zuccotto — a semi-frozen Italian cake topped with roasted almonds, berries, vanilla and dark chocolate.

Excellent chef and great teacher. Explained the little things that the books and many courses leave out. Patiently answered all of my many questions. Then I got to enjoy a great meal. All costing not much more than going out to an inferior dinner. I highly recommend her sessions.

Amazing experience, I highly recommend it! Chef Burcu is very welcoming and passionate about her specialty cuisines. She taught me how to make a savory creamy red lentil soup that is perfect for the upcoming fall season. I would definitely take one of her classes once again.
