Under the expert guidance by Chef Anthony, you'll use traditional techniques and fresh ingredients to prepare authentic recipes. Start with caramelized plantains on pastry. Next, prepare a savory pan-roasted chicken atop jollof pilaf with crushed tomatoes, garlic and paprika. Finish off with sweet oatmeal peach bars filled with a blend of brown sugar, lemon and cinnamon.
