Discover the culture and cuisine of India in this cooking class led by Chef Anthony. You'll learn how to blend traditional spices to create a distinct and flavor-filled menu. Begin with a tangy aloo gobi served with cauliflower, corn, ginger and garam masala. Your main entrée is a spicy beef vindaloo, a spicy curry recipe made with turmeric and paprika. For dessert, enjoy a deconstructed kulfi with heavy cream, cashews, almonds and pistachios.
