Begin with a tangy aloo gobi served with cauliflower, corn, ginger and garam masala. Your main entrée is a spicy beef vindaloo, a spicy curry recipe made with turmeric and paprika. For dessert, enjoy a deconstructed kulfi with heavy cream, cashews, almonds and pistachios.
