Cooking Class: Classic Mezze Feast From Lebannon
Enjoy a collection of authentic Lebanese small bites in this hands-on cooking class from Chef Vinutha. Learn to combine regional ingredients to create an array of unique flavors and textures. Begin with a monk salad filled with eggplant, peppers and pomegranate, before creating traditional rakakat, a crispy cheese roll served with honey and grapes. Then, prepare a pan-seared halloumi dish loaded with vegetables and fresh herbs. And for dessert, a classic baklava made from scratch!

Chef Vinutha was very well prepared, helpful, and professional. She used the time well, and kept our group of 4 busy and engaged! Everyone left very pleased with the food, and confident in their new pasta making, and cookie making skills! I would recommend this experience for any group looking for more engaging way to eat restaurant quality food! (While enjoying BYOB!)
