Using high-quality ingredients and innovative cooking techniques, you'll first prepare torched burrata with crispy organic potatoes, Brussels sprouts, sundried tomato pesto and chimichurri. Then, you'll learn how to make unbelievably impressive bistro burgers with classic trimmings. Lastly, you'll whip up a maple crème brûlée to end your gourmet meal on a sweet note.

She helped me make a better dough and gave me confidence to make this dish. She has a different idea of what the dish should look like compared to me, but it still tasted good and I was introduced to brand new spices I've never used before.
