This hands-on cooking class gives you a chance to spend an evening preparing a gourmet three-course menu with your special someone. Chef Vish begins the class with a colorful salad featuring beets, radishes, baby greens and feta topped with a maple Dijon dressing. Your entrée is fresh wild salmon with a white wine tomato sauce served with a side of braised fennel and Shimeji mushrooms. Chocolate mousse with berries, vanilla Chantilly and amoretti crumble completes this romantic meal.

Maple Dijon Winter Salad
With beets, radishes, baby greens, pomegranate, feta and nuts
Wild Salmon and White Wine Tomato Sauce
With basil, lemon juice and butter
Braised Fennel and Shimeji Mushrooms
Chocolate Mousse
With berries, vanilla Chantilly and amoretti crumble

Chef Vish is an experienced chef and cooking instructor with over a decade of professional experience. His diverse background includes roles such as executive chef and program director for The American Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival. In addition to his professional chef work, Chef Vish has also prepared food for corporate team building events, private dinners and similar events. He specializes in gourmet fare and loves to pass his knowledge to his students.
