Cooking Class: Four-Course Indian Menu

Chef Vish is ready to share a love of Indian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. You'll use fresh and flavorful ingredients to create a modern four-course Indian menu. Start with the bold flavors of crispy vegetable pakora with onions, red peppers and fresh herbs. Next up is shrimp coconut curry with garlic, ginger and tomatoes. Vegetable korma, prepared with a medley of potatoes, carrots, peas and cauliflower, is next on the list. A smooth and creamy pistachio cardamom crème with saffron and nuts finishes off this unforgettable meal.

Shrimp Coconut Curry
With onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and spices


Vegetable Korma
With onions, cashews, potatoes, carrots, peas, cauliflower and green beans


Pistachio Cardamom Crème
With egg yolk, sugar, saffron, cream, milk and nuts
