Cooking Class: Modern Fusion With a Rustic Twist

Modern fusion takes a gourmet turn in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Vish will guide you through a four-course menu featuring high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master techniques. You'll start by preparing a beetroot and feta salad with fennel, balsamic vinegar and lemon as well as a rustic burrata bruschetta with tomatoes, mint and apple cider vinegar. Your entrée is scallops with carrots, onions and microgreens. End on a sweet note with crème Anglaise served with fresh berries, vanilla and pecans.

Beetroot and Feta Salad
With fennel, spring mix, balsamic vinegar and lemon


Burrata Bruschetta
With radish, snow peas, chiles, tomatoes, mint and apple cider vinegar


Scallops
With carrots, onion, radish, shallots, microgreens and butter


Crème Anglaise
With fresh berries, vanilla, pecans and icing sugar
