Join Chef Mohit in a hands-on cooking class that spans the globe from Arabia and Greece to Jamaica and the Caribbean. You'll learn how to create Arabian curried lamb with potatoes and vegetarian moussaka with eggplant and fresh herbs. Next, raise the spice level with Jamaican jerk chicken prepared with habanero peppers, beans and lime. Finish this international meal with mango fruit cream served with fruit cocktail and a sweet sprinkle of sugar. Your newly learned skills will impress everybody at your next get-together.

Chef Mohit outdid himself with the moussaka! I can not say enough good things about the dessert either, not too heavy or sweet. Just the right thing to finish dinner off with.
Hailing from Fiji, Chef Mohit is a highly skilled chef. He cut his teeth on the island and worked there for several years before moving to Canada. Having studied cooking and hotel management, he specializes in customer-centric hospitality. He loves to create all sorts of dishes, but Caribbean, Thai and Greek fare made with fresh produce and seafood are Chef Mohit's specialties.
