Take a journey to France and learn to create your own authentic bistro menu in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Joseph! You'll begin by preparing a roasted beet and goat cheese salad flavored with the sweet tang of maple balsamic dressing. Then, you'll grill flank steak to perfection with beef au jus and roast seasonal vegetables on the side. And because bistro wouldn't be bistro without a dessert, a smooth chocolate mousse topped with caramelized hazelnuts awaits you at lesson's end.

Chef Joseph is a chef and cooking instructor with over ten years of professional experience. Since graduating from culinary school, he has held a number of impressive roles including working at the Ritz Paris' cooking school and preparing food for a number of notable people including Laurent Perrier and the Michelin family. Chef Joseph is known for his personable, hands-on cooking classes in which he passes his extensive knowledge along to his students.
