Learn how to prepare three Italian dishes with a modern twist in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Joseph. Across three courses, you'll master the art of a perfect Italian dinner for your next party. First, Chef Joseph will teach you how to prepare a savory tuna tartare with orange zest and toasted pine nuts with crostini. Next, you'll learn how to create a rich and creamy risotto zucchini and shrimp with pistachio crumble and carnaroli rice. For dessert, a decadent deconstructed cannoli with creamy lemon ricotta will be served.

Chef Joseph’s class was great! Super easy to follow and gives great tips along the way.
Chef Joseph is a chef and cooking instructor with over ten years of professional experience. Since graduating from culinary school, he has held a number of impressive roles including working at the Ritz Paris' cooking school and preparing food for a number of notable people including Laurent Perrier and the Michelin family. Chef Joseph is known for his personable, hands-on cooking classes in which he passes his extensive knowledge along to his students.
