You'll start the class by combining potatoes with flour and eggs to make a homemade dough. Chef Mariana will teach you the time-honored techniques to knead the dough, roll it out and shape it into bite-sized gnocchi. As the pasta cooks, whip up a fresh sauce bursting with spring flavors. Use fresh green peas and Pecorino Romano cheese to make a creamy sauce to pair with the gnocchi. Mix the pasta into the sauce and finish with a sprinkle of cheese before indulging in your homemade Italian gnocchi.
