Cooking Class: From the Italian Countryside
Learn how to make Italian classics in this immersive cooking class with Chef Justin.
As you settle into the kitchen, enjoy prosciutto-wrapped melon topped with a balsamic vinegar glaze prepared by Chef Justin to begin the class. The first dish you'll make is a crispy tomato bruschetta. Top focaccia crostini with fresh tomato, basil and Parmigiano Reggiano with a drizzle of olive oil. Next, make homemade veal meatballs and pan sear them until golden and tender. Whip up fresh pasta dough to make tagliatelle and meatballs in a fresh tomato basil sauce. Finish the class with a decadent white chocolate panna cotta prepared by Chef Justin in advance.
