Cooking Class: Make French Classics With Chef Burcu
Discover French cooking techniques from a master chef in this hands-on cooking class.
During this session, you'll learn to create authentic Parisian dishes starting with an airy cheese soufflé with rich Parmesan and a delicate egg base. The session continues with a refined chicken Dijon enhanced with fresh coriander, aromatic tarragon and subtle notes of garlic. On the side, prepare a bright red cabbage salad tossed with vinegar, pine nuts and raisins. End the class learning how to make a silken crème brûlée. Chef Burcu will show you how to create the perfect consistency and master the technique of creating its signature crystallized sugar surface.

Excellent chef and great teacher. Explained the little things that the books and many courses leave out. Patiently answered all of my many questions. Then I got to enjoy a great meal. All costing not much more than going out to an inferior dinner. I highly recommend her sessions.

Amazing experience, I highly recommend it! Chef Burcu is very welcoming and passionate about her specialty cuisines. She taught me how to make a savory creamy red lentil soup that is perfect for the upcoming fall season. I would definitely take one of her classes once again.
