Join five-star Chef Vinutha in this cooking class highlighting the finest Italian seafood. You'll prepare a delicately smoked salmon carpaccio with briny capers, followed by savory linguine pasta alle vongole with clams and spicy red chili flakes. Then, you'll round out your Italian Christmas feast with classic seafood dishes like shrimp scampi, fish roulades, fried calamari and fried sardines alla cacciatore, as well as homemade biscotti with espresso for dessert. In the end, you'll walk away fully equipped to prepare a multi-course menu fit for the most extravagant holiday celebration.

Linguine Pasta Alle Vongole With Clams

With flour, egg, clams, parsley, garlic and chili flakes

Shrimp Scampi

With shrimp, garlic, parsley, cooking wine, lemon and butter

With white fish, capers, breadcrumbs, parsley and lemon


Fried Sardines Alla Cacciatora

With sardines, breadcrumbs, olives, tomato passata, onion, garlic and pancetta


Fried Calamari

With squid, flour, lemon and herbs


Homemade Biscotti With Espresso

Chef Vinutha was very well prepared, helpful, and professional. She used the time well, and kept our group of 4 busy and engaged! Everyone left very pleased with the food, and confident in their new pasta making, and cookie making skills! I would recommend this experience for any group looking for more engaging way to eat restaurant quality food! (While enjoying BYOB!)
