Chef Bige is one of those rare people who does not keep the knowledge to herself with all her wisdom and magnanimity, and who has no problem sharing it with those around her, with the sensitivity she shows to the natural and special ingredients she uses when preparing the delicacies she creates in his menu. We started chatting so much that I felt like we had known each other for years...

It was great fun preparing food and chatting with our chef. We received so much useful information and talked about so many different topics that I never understood how we did so much. Naturally, I can say that the taste of this pleasant day remained in my palate. I think we, as a group, had the same idea and our chef and we decided to repeat these enjoyable days every month :))

Bige graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2015 with a focus on patisserie and food sciences. She enjoys sharing her joy for healthy and creative cooking with her community.
