Under her expert guidance, you'll learn how to make a vegetarian feast from scratch. Begin the class by making crispy fritters stuffed with ricotta and Manchego cheese and drizzled with homemade truffle honey. Next, combine ricotta, sun-dried tomato and capers into zucchini firecrackers for a flavorful, bite-sized appetizer. Fry rice and wild mushrooms into crunchy risotto balls topped with Parmesan cheese. Top eggplant with tomato, leeks, panko and feta cheese to make eggplant crisps. Finish the meal with sweet chocolate-dipped strawberries and end on a sweet note.
