You'll learn why there's nothing better than fresh ravioli pasta in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Rahul.
The class will begin with an introduction to the time-honored techniques for making fresh ravioli. You'll use fresh ingredients to whip up the pasta dough, then learn how to knead the dough like a professional. Roll it out into sheets and use a pasta cutter to create the shapes from scratch. You'll also whip up a fresh filling with butternut squash and thyme and stuff the pasta. Finally, learn how to cook the pasta using the proper cooking time to make it perfectly al dente every time.
You'll never go back to store-bought pasta after this class.
