Under the guidance of Chef Errol, you'll learn how to craft authentic Indian dishes from scratch and master the art of cooking with aromatic spices. To begin the class, use chickpea flour to craft pakoras stuffed with fresh vegetables. Then, fry them until perfectly golden brown and crispy. Make a flaky, cheesy naan served with homemade chutney. Learn the secret to making the perfect tikka masala paired with rice pulao. A refreshing cucumber yogurt dipping sauce will complement the dish. Finish the meal off with halva, a traditional Indian dessert made with cashews, almonds and dried fruits.
