Transport your tastebuds to the Mediterranean in this immersive cooking class led by Chef Errol.
You'll learn the techniques to craft traditional dishes from Mediterranean cuisine. You'll begin by making a creamy baked feta topped with olives and tomatoes and served with toasted pita chips. Next, whip up a homemade tzatziki sauce to serve with seasoned za'atar chicken kebabs paired with aromatic rice and vegetables. On the side, a smooth garlic hummus made with fresh chickpeas. End on a sweet note by layering flaky phyllo dough with pistachios, walnuts and honey syrup to make a traditional baklava for dessert.
