You'll feel like you're cooking in a traditional Italian kitchen in this hands-on cooking class.
Under the expert guidance of Chef Errol, you'll learn how to make pasta from scratch for an Italian feast. Begin the class by assembling a classic Caesar salad topped with homemade dressing and fresh Parmesan cheese ribbons. Then, brush butter and garlic onto rustic bread to make crispy garlic bread for a side. Next, learn the time-honored recipe to make pasta dough using flour, potatoes, eggs and water, plus the technique to roll and cut the dough into fettuccine, ravioli or gnocchi. Then, cook up a rich Bolognese, an earthy pesto or a classic marinara sauce to pair with your choice of pasta. A decadent vanilla bean panna cotta topped with a sweet lavender-blueberry compote serves as dessert at the end of the meal.
